CHARGED POWDER.
CONTROLLED CURE.

Dry powder is applied electrostatically to prepared metal, then heated to form a continuous coating. Surface preparation, coverage and cure all contribute to the finished result.

A FINISH THAT
WORKS AS HARD AS THE PART.

Preparation, process and finish—considered together.

01

Durability

A properly selected and applied system helps resist impact, abrasion and everyday wear.

02

Corrosion protection

Preparation and coating selection work together to protect the underlying metal.

03

Consistent appearance

Controlled application supports uniform color and finish across production work.

04

Color flexibility

Standard and custom options include varied textures, gloss levels and specialty finishes.

05

Efficient material use

Electrostatic application helps transfer powder to the part.

06

Environmentally friendly application

Dry powder avoids the solvent carriers used in many liquid coating systems.
